As it’s starting to warm up around here (hopefully for most of you), we start to think more about hydration and getting outside to work out! Keep in mind that even in the colder weather, we need to hydrate just as much. Below is a great graphic as to why we need water, not just for hydrate but as nature’s cure-all to so many ailments. Put down that soda or juice and start drinking water today! A good general rule when guessing just how much to drink is to take your body weight and cut it in half. Then drink this amount in ounces! Start slow if you’re not used to drinking this much water and be prepared for several bathroom breaks šŸ™‚
