TRX Lower Body Exercises

Keep working on the previous upper body exercises, but add these in as well!
For the lower body exercises, all of the same principles apply (find them here) as with upper body, however you can make all of the exercises harder by completing them with a single-leg or by adding a plyometric element.

Some are shown this way in the video below, however even those not shown that way can be completed with a plyometric hop so try it out!
