Requirement: Patience!! This one takes time and is a skill to be developed. It may not be perfect the first few times you try and that’s okay. Let go of the perfectionism for a little while:
My personal favorite as I love to work hamstrings and glutes. Keep in mind they are very important muscles for power but often neglected because they are on the back of the body and we can’t see that on ourselves!
