Welcome to my health and fitness blog!! I’ve been working out the details in my head for awhile and am excited to finally be putting them into action. I work as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor and have done so for 7 years now. I work with a variety of fitness levels and goals and love how my clients keep me on my toes. I also work as a professor in Kinesiology and as a cheerleading coach at the collegiate level! I love sharing my passion with my students through education and with my athletes through workouts and guidance.

My intention in starting this blog is to allow my clients, friends, and family a way to catch up on new health and fitness trends, try out new trends and post my educated opinion, and to help out ANYONE who is interested in learning more about being healthy and fit!!!

Whether you are a beginning exerciser just starting out (congrats!!) or an experienced exerciser and have always been interested in fitness including everything in between this blog is for you. Feel free to post questions, comments, and health and fitness gadgets that you want to know about or want me to try out for you!
